Moving all messages from old computer to new computer

How do I move all my old mail messages from my old computer to the new one?
I cannot export messages from outlook express into outlook because of some
CCLotus Mail security settings. If I would have been able to do this, then I
would have been able to export all my mail onto a memery stick as CSV files
and then import them into Outlook on the new computer. I need another option
of how to do it, so if anyone can help me I would be very grateful.
