Moving Address Book to Another PC

I want to move the address book (contacts file) from an
old PC to a new one? How can I do this?

If it's only contacts you ant to migrate, open the Contacts Folder, go to
File-Export and export the Contacts as a pst file. Copy that file to the new
PC and then in outlook go to File Open, open the file and copy the contents
to the existing Contacts folder.
