Moving address book & emails to new computer

I just bought a new tower. Is there a way to copy my address book and emails
from my old computer to a CD and then paste that info into outlook express in
my new computer? If not, is there a better way to do this? Thanks for your
help.

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
