Moving Address Book and Mail Folders to Different Computer

Hey - I'm lost and need help looking good. My boss asked me to help him move
his address book and several mail folders from Outlook on one computer to
Outlook on another computer. Both are running WXP. I'm an Outlook Express
user and have done this numerous times in OE, but I can't even find the
storage files in Outlook. A little detailed guidance would be sincerely
appreciated.

I love this bit: "You can use a Personal Folder (.pst) file and copy
it from one computer to another. An issue with this technique is that
a .pst file can become very large; it may be too large to copy to a
diskette."

A .PST bigger than a floppy? Never happen.

Thanks for the feedback, but please help me understand pst files. I'm an OE
user, and I'm accustomed to seeing a dbx file for each mailbox folder. In
Outlook, should I expect to find a pst file for each folder, or are all
folders included within one pst file?
