Moving a DHCP Server Scope

We are planning to install a DHCP server in a site. Right now the client at
this site receive IP settings from our main site. What is the best way to
move the scope on our main site to the new DHCP server that is going to be
install in a different site. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
