moviemaker 2 crash when using effects, transitions and titles

Movie maker 2 crashes on me whenever I try to use an
effect transition or title. Any help you be great

Hello there,

This is in fact a common problem and is most likely caused by a "Codec"
Issue. If it is then your solution is a program called "Rename Codecs"
available from my website. You should check the FAQ (on the website) on how
it works which will take little more than a minute to read.
