If you burned it using MM2, then it won't play back on a DVD player.

If you burned it with other software, then it's a compatibility issue
between your disc and the DVD player

You need to use some software program like Nero to take the video file and
convert to VCD and then burn it to a CD. It will them play on your DVD
player.
