Well no, because Movie Maker does not make 8mm movies.
You can import a movie into Movie Maker 2, edit it and then use File >
Save Movie As and create a DV-AVI file which can then be used in some third
party DVD authoring package, which will take the DV-AVI file and create a
DVD layout and DVD disk for you.
