Movie Playback

We have a Panasonic GS-300. On the laptop the movie playback is fine, but on
our home computer I get framed playback. Our home computer has XP Home and
the Laptop has XP Pro. I'm not sure why it's this way, the home computer is
as good if not better. Could I have a bad card?
