Movie Maker Transitions

I am creating a video from several small clips, including photographs. Is
there a simple way to add the same transition throughout without having to
click and drag to each transition spot. Can it be set up to automatically
insert the specified transition or can I copy the transition over the entire
project simultaneously?

Make sure you are in Storyboard view...

Select one picture/clip

Go to....Edit / Select All...

With all pics selected...right click
the Effect / Transition you wish to
add and from the menu...choose...
"Add To Storyboard"
