movie maker audio

When an audio file is draged down to the bottom of movie maker we get a
Microsoft error message and ask if we want to send a report. Wether we chose
yes or no, the program closes. Any ideas on what could be causing this and
what can be done to fix it? Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks.
