Is your system powerful enough to play full frame videos back in real
time? If you have a under powered computer it will pause to get caught
up. Another sign is the audio is out of sync.
If none of these try playing in player that isn't from Microsoft like
GOM Player. Does it play normally now?
How are you playing this back and what is the frame size and frame
rate?
