Movie Maker 5.1 (with SP 2) Can hear audio, no video from mpeg fil

When I import a new mpeg video I can play it bot get no video, only audio.
Any suggestons?
 
Codecs. If it's encoded with MPEG2, you need DVD decoding software
installed on your PC in order to play the file.
