Movie Maker 2

Hi I got a question regarding the new Movie Maker 2

I tried making movies with it, but every time I Press the
Video Transitions or the Video Effects, the program
would quit and brings me back to the desktop. I was
wondering what is wrong with it?

I can't reinstall it because it doens't come with a
uninstaller

What Is wrong with it?
