Movie behind and object

I'm not sure if my last post posted. So I'll try again. I have PowerPoint
2003. I want to run a movie behind a shape so it looks like it has round
edges. I created the effect fine, but when the movie runs it pops to the
front. I think I was able to do this in 2002. Any suggestions
 
All PowerPoint objects are moved behind a video when played. Has always
been the case.

Thank you. In that case. Is there a way to make a movie look like it has
rounded edges or is peaking through something?
 
Not with PowerPoint's built in media player. (MCI) You could create a
custom "shin" for Windows Media Player and with a bit of VBA code use it.
