Moved My Documents and now can't save to the new location

I did the Properties/Move method and moved the My Documents for Admin and
Callie (LUA) to a 2nd HD while I was logged in as Admin. Now as Callie I
can't save to My Documents. The properties say it's Read Only and I don't
have privileges to change that, and I also get a message that I don't have
privileges to save documents to it.

It took a long time to get everything actually moved, so is there a way I
can resolve this at this point? Can TweakUI fix it?

Thanks for your help.
Callie

I went in an changed the Callie from Limited to Admin, then changed the
attribute on the My Documents (Properties method). However, it keeps going
back to Read Only.

In fact, even as Admin if I changed the attrib on the Admin My Documents
from Read Only, it's right back the next time I open Properties.

Need to know if TweakUI is what I need to fix this, or if adding that on top
of whatever weirdness I've done already will just make it worse!!

Thanks.

Callie,

The "read-only" attribute does not matter. It's most likely a NTFS Permissions problem. Make sure that your account "Callie" has Full Control over the redirected My Documents folder. You need to set the permissions from an administrator account. For more details on configuring folder permissions, see:

Note that in Windows XP Home Edition, you need to login as Administrator from Safe mode in order to see the Security tab.
