Move To Trash instead of Delete/Purge

Does anyone know of any way with any version of Outlook to make it so that when I tell it to delete a message it will move it to another folder instead of flag it as deleted.

This would be with IMAP.

Since IMAP protocls don't support a Deleted Items folder, no.
