Right-click the start button, properties, customize
You'll see the option to add new shortcuts, which will also lead to
the start menu programs area in which you want it placed.
Why you would want to do this is a mystery but it really
is simple. Just open the all programs folder and then
reduce it in size so that you can see your desktop and
then left click on the shortcut and holding the button
down drag it to the folder and then release the button.
This is called drag and drop. Keep smiling
