Move sent message to another mailboxes "sent items"

I am using Outlook2003 with Exchange and in addition to my own mailbox I have
open a Support mailbox. I also have the authoritiy to send from this Support
mailbox.

However, all mail I send ends up in my personal "Sent Items" folder. I
would like the messages I send From: Support to be stored in Supports "Sent
Items" folder.

I have tried to create a rule to do this, but when I select "Check messages
after sending", I am missing the options "with specific words in the message
header" and "with specific words in the senders address" on the condition
page.

I can't use "through the specified account" as Outlook sees only one account.

Are there any other way of selecting just the messages with "support" as
sender when I create a rule that check messages after sending?

Unless you log directly into that account then using rules is your option.

But as you can see already the header and specfied account are not an option but you can use other option such as categories or other options such as specific priority or flagged.

Categories, setup the category Support for each outgoing message add it to the Support Category. Setup rules to move Sent items to folder based on the Category Support.

Let us know if that helps

As far as I know there is no automatic way of setting a specific Category or
Flag on a sent message, if I'm wrong, please tell me.

The idea is of course to have the messages moved automatically without user
intervention, that's why I investigated rules. If I can't automatically use
or set a condition that the rule can react upon, then this doesn't help.
Then I can just move the message manually from my "Sent Items" to the Support
mailbox "Sent Item".

Any better solutions?
Is there a possible VB Script solution?

Regards
Tom

A rule can add a category or a flag to an outgoing message and place a copy
in a folder of your choice.

Oops. I didn't read enough of the prior thread to see that you were talking
about other mailboxes as well. Sorry.

I see your point - the VB script is a much better solution. Requires less user interaction.
