Move replies to a certain message

This may be easy, but I haven't found it in Help yet ...

I am sending out messages to a large group of people. With some of these
messages, I want to automatically send replies directly to a certain folder.
Is it possible to set a rule that acts only on the replies to a specific
message, to do this?

I know you can set a rule that looks for keywords, but that assumes the
respondent will include the original text or subject intact in their reply,
which they may not.

I notice that replies contain an In-Reply-To reference to the original
message in the Mail Internet Headers, so my guess is that Outlook should be
able to use these in some way to solve this issue. Am I right?

You might be able to check for text in the header but it would be very
manual to setup rules each time you wanted to do this

Yes, but sometimes also "References:" or "Thread-Index" is used. You can
create a rule that searches the Message Header for these keywords.

I think solutions so far entail setting up rules. I'm looking for a way to do
this at the message level, if possible. It would be great if there were a way
to "label" the message in some way that the recipient is unlikely to alter,
so that I can act on it via a rule, or something like that.
