Move quick flag column to left of outlook screen

I want to move the quick flag column to the left of my Outlook screen rather
than on the far right. As I have the viewing pane it would be much more
useful to have it on the left next to the navigation pane where it is much
more visible. I have not been able to find any way to move it.

If you're using Outlook 2003 (you didn't specify), the flag feature
that, by default, is at the far right column cannot be moved.
