Move print queues to new server

I want to move print queues to a new Windows 2003 server from two Windows
2000 Servers. I have been using printmig from Microsoft and I add one set
of print queues but then the next set overwrites it, has anyone ever tried
this? I have used printmig in the past but that was only going from one
server to another server.
