Move Outlook data files to another computer?

Where is the Outlook data files (Calendar and Contacts) and how do I move
them between non-networked computers?
 
Its a PST type (extention) file, by default it is at C:\Documents and
Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\outlook. You can easily import
this file in outlook on any other computer. I can suggest you some moving
companies or you can simply copy it on any device and take it to target
machine.
