Move Outlook Accounts and Data to New PC

Shawntastic

I have Outlook 2002 on a Dell desktop PC. I just bought
a new Dell notepad. How do I move all my email accounts,
calendar entries, contacts, and email messages from the
old PC to the new notepad? Thanks.

Your calendar data, as well as messages, tasks, notes, contacts, etc. are
stored in a file with a .PST extension. Look here for all the information
you need on backup and restoration of Outlook data:

Newbie to MS Office migration issues here so please pardon if this is
really stupid but will this same process (or exporting to a PSF file)
work for migrating all of my Outlook data from a Win98/Office 2000
machine to a new machine with XP and Outlook 2003?

Thanks.
