Move multiple cells at once?

Does anyone know how to move non continuous cells at once in either 2003 or
2007 beta 2? For example A1 & C1?

Maybe I'm missing something, but what I would do is select the range of
cells I want to move, move my cursor over the thick black border until
it turned into a four-pointed arrow, then drag and drop to the
destination.
 
If you select multiple cells that aren't next to each other with the ctrl
key, it doesn't give you the borders to drag with.
