Move menu Outlook 2007

If I have an email open and I click on the microsoft icon in the upper left
hand corner a menu drops down and one of the items is "move".
In there are options to move my message to folders and in addition to the
folders that I currently have are choices that no longer exist because the
folder was deleted. How do I get rid of the unwanted choices in the drop down
menu.
