Move graphics in Worksheet

Hi,

I use Excel 2003, and I make an import of a JPG-graphics file.
I get the file in, but I cannot move it. The picture is stuck where it came
in.
I remember, formerly with another Excel Version I could easily drag objects
to another place.
Can someone give me a hint?

BTW: Since yesterday, I cannot place any drawings in the sheet (Textboxes,
etc.)

I suppose there should be a setting for my problem?
