Move Frontpage to new computer

I moved FrontPage from my old laptop to my new one. I installed as directed
and activated. I made updates to my website and FrontPage does not allow me
to select Publish site.

What is wrong??????

Yes, I have a website at IPOWERWEB. I loaded the site with Front page for
the last 2 years. I do not understand what happened.

That wasn't the question Stefan asked; have you *opened* the *web* in
Frontpage to work on it (do not just open an individual page, you need to
open the web i.e. File > Open > Web).
