Move Dist List From Message to Contacts

2003 Outlook/Desktop/ISP POP3 emails: Can you make a Distribution List from a
"Received Email" without making (ie) 20 manual address entries? Outlook Help
method (per subject phrase of this post) Copies the Addresses to the "Notes"
section of a New Contact form, Not to the Address Line, and some Addresses
are By "Name(Mary & Ted)" with the address Embedded -- so Copy-Paste from
Contacts "Notes" section won't work. Thanks!
