Move custom form from one computer to another

Hello,
I want to create a form on one computer (in the calendar folder on the
appointment form...) and then take it to another computer by memory stick.

How do I do this?

Save it as an oft-file and copy it to the other computer. Additionally you
can publish into the forms library on the other computer.
