Move Applications

Some software does not allow a choice of installation paths. An example is
the bundled software that comes with an Epson Stylus 6400 all in one
printer. It is a real space hog and I would like to move it to another
partition. Is there some direct way to do so with XP Pro's on-board tools or
is there some 3rd party software that would allow me to do this, preferably
freeware?

I downloaded and ran this application, it works great!
