Move a tab to a different file

Hi

I got many following messages while trying to move a tab
to a different file and I was not able to move the tab..

"A formula or sheet you want to move or copy contains the
name "xxx", which already exists on the destination
worksheet. Do you want to use this version of the name?"

I do not have the specified name on the worksheet..

Please help!!

have you checke 'Insert - Name - Define' if the same name exists in
both workbooks?
