Mov. format Quicktime Apple into Power Point

I'm not sure if my first posting was entered so I am
going to ask this question again. I need to download a
video that I took on my digital camera onto Power Point
but it won't work because my camera takes videos in a
mov. format which is for Quicktime Apple. How can I
change this to download onto Power Point. I am not very
good on the computer and would need pretty detailed
instructions. Any help that you can offer me would be
appreciated.
