how do I play a .mov file that i downloaded or what do i need to play it?
 
to play the movie file with file extension ( .mov ) you require to have apple quicktime installed on your computer. you can visit the following URL in case your computer is not installed with quicktime

http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download

when you visit the above URL, fill the basic details and then click the button 'download quicktime + itunes' to download the free player
