Mousepad Problems

After upgrading my Dell notebook to Vista, the scrollbar feature on my
mousepad no longer works. How might I resolve this?
 
Your touchpad mouse may only be operating on a generic PS/2 driver from
Microsoft (check Device Manager). Download the Vista touchpad driver from
Dell for your particular notebook model.
