mouseover dropdown menu

Hello all

I have a problem, I am trying to develope a site and I want a menu to show when I hover over a link/button, if you look at the site www.sambusys.com and hover over the company link you will see a menu box appear with two more links
Is there a way I can do this to one of my links that I have created in frontpage

Hi Steve, I had a look at the site you directed me to, also I dwonloaded spawn but it only produces pop up windows that look like a smaller window you cant change the borders or anything else.
Sorry to say but this is not what im after, thankyou for you anyway
