mouse wont right click

my mouse right click is not responding to open the menu, but my left click is working properly.........i tested with a new mouse and the problem still persists...............i dont know what is the problem.when i check the status of my mouse is telling me that the ps/2 port is working just fine........any help will be greatly appreciated

yeah i have that same problem havnt tried a new mouse yet tho
