Mouse Wheel Scroll Not Working Within Module Window

I recently converted from Windows 2k/Office 2k to Windows XP/Office XP. I
retained my old mouse, which is a generic IBM mouse with a scroll wheel.
Suddenly, the scroll function doesn't work within a code module - as in, I'm
trying to scroll farther down on the window, and it doesn't work.

The scroll function DOES work in other applications, and even within Access
tables (moving from record to record, etc.)

Anyone run into this problem before?

This is the way things work by default in code modules. There is a freeware
mouse program called FreeWheel that enables this, though.

Or go "backwards" to MS Intellipoint version 3 software (version 4 also may
work).
