Mouse Wheel Program??

Is there a program that will allow you to use a press of the mouse wheel to
be the same as pressing the 'enter' key??

Is this possible at all??

Check the software that came with your mouse, if its a decent one then
it should have software that can do this (Microsoft InteliMice do)

That depends on the mouse driver software.

Is this possible at all?

Yes. MS IntelliPoint driver software usually allows for this setting.
