Mouse wheel not scrolling in Outlook 2007

We just upgraded several computers to Office 2007. Three computers will not
scroll down a list of several emails in the inbox of Outlook 2007. It scrolls
down just fine in all other applications, including the other Office 2007
products. This issue is only in outlook. Any ideas or suggestions would be
much appreciated!

All computers updated are new Dell Precision T3400 and have wired mice.
Windows XP
Any ideas or suggestions?

Are they USB or PS2 mice? I have had issues with Dell Percisions and USB
ports/mice. There seems to be conflicts with the video drivers? Anyway, I
had to go with PS2 mice to stay stable.

Have you installed the latest drivers for these mice?
If so, when you switch it to the generic Microsoft driver, does it work
correctly then?
