mouse sensitivity in screen saver

How can I make the operation of the screen saver not sensitive to the
motion of the mouse?
 
Don't move the mouse....

That's defeating the purpose of the screen saver.
 
The configuration settings in the "Drempels" screensaver will let you turn
off the mouse reaction. [It's a free download.] Otherwise, keep looking. I
tried ResHack on some Windows scr's, but coudn't find the right data to
change or delete. [Reshack is a freeware "hacking" download for Win32
executables.]
