I noticed the wired thing in my two computers. When I used the mouse
scroll wheel in Internet Explore, it jumped to previous page or refresh
the current page. It seems that the mouse wheel trigger the toolbar in
IE? Or Virus? Thanks.

This happens if you hold down the shift key, or somehow have shift lock on
(for instance, you have stickykeys enabled).

The shift lock is off in my computer. I uninstalled mouse drive in both
of my PC. I fixed one, but another pc remains the wired problem. Both
PC share same Keyboard and Mouse. My mouse made by Microsoft.

Installed Microsoft IntelliPoint, and fixed the problem. It
automatically updated the mouse drive.
