Mouse scroll: location of dll file

I'm using the MouseHook.dll file from the Lebans website and all is working
as it should. The problem I have is that my company is putting the database
on our Intranet site, and the database is unable to locate the dll file as a
url. Any ideas for where to put the dll file? Is there any way to put it on
a shared drive?
