mouse Pointer Option default on Visible?

Hello All, in Slide Show my mouse keeps disappearing until I switch the
pointer to 'Visible' in Pointer Options. But then the next time I start the
presentation in Slide Show the pointer starts disappearing again..?..

Is it possible to keep 'Visible' as the default pointer option? (instead of
'Automatically')

One option is to set the presentation for kiosks: select "Slide Show" | "Set
Up Show..." menu item, select "Browsed at kiosk (full screen)" option, click
OK button. Now start slide show. But this option requires you to build slide
show navigation within the slide show since keyboard is disabled for kiosk
slide show. Only navigation is through mouse.
