Mouse over Button Menus

Greetings,
If one goes over a button, sometimes further links/buttons become visible
that link to sub-choices. For example you have a (main) "sports" button, with
sub-choices "baseball", "boxing", etc. Can one create these in Frontpage
2003, and if so how does one do that?
