An employer needs to take reasonable steps to ensure the safety and well
being of staff when working. Failure to take such steps can lead to
lawsuits relating to RSI or OOS. (Repetitive Strain Injury) (Occupational
Overuse Syndrome)
Its a sick world when people can't take responsibilities for their own
actions, but I guess there are some sick (slave driver type) employers as
well.
