mouse menu changed... help

The drop down menu of the right mouse button has changed
(only in IE6.0, not in WinXP or others). How can I change
this back to original/default?

Go to Start | Run and type

regedit

Navigate to

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt

and click on the plus (+) sign in front of MenuExt. Right click the subkey
representing what you want to get rid of and select Delete.
