Mouse Has Loading Symbol Constantly Popping Up

My mouse just started doing this weird thing recently and I don't know why.
It constantly changes from 'regular mouse' to 'mouse with loading circle' in
really fast flashes. It is really distracting whenever I do anything and I
would really appreciate it if someone could help me get this to go away.

Wouldn't that just find viruses and stuff? also i don't know how to do that

OK I actually just figured this one out for me, just in case anyone else sees
this and has the same problem. I had svchost.exe on the Task Manager's
Processes screen twice, one going at about 60,000 K Memory usage and one at
about 20,000. I just closed the 60,000 one and the mouse thing went back to
normal. The bigger svchost started back up anyway almost immediately, but
the mouse thing was still gone. So, there's the solution to the problem.
Sorry if I wasted anyone's time, and I hope this helps anyone who has this
problem in the future.
