Mouse doule click not working

I have a pc which will not start programs with a doule
click of the mouse. The program does start no problem if
you right click and the left click open. Have changed the
mouse and the new one still acts the same.

Any thoughts much appreciated

Go to control panel>find mouse icon>open it>then u will see "double
click speed"> drag the speed pointer to slow side (aprox 50% of the
slide bar), after that click "apply n OK"

UR mouse duoble click will be working!
