Mouse Cursor Monitor (C:\WINDOWS\System32\mousecrm.exe)

The following file:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\mousecrm.exe
Is installed as a service into my OS with the name "Mouse
Cursor Monitor", the description:
"Enables a computer to maintain synchronization with a
PS/2 pointing device. Stopping or disabling this service
will result in system instability."

Is there any way to remove it? I tried the Anti Spyware
but it just removed some entries from the registry
